Exchange and return policy

We at alnjoomtelecom Store will do our best to make the return or exchange process as simple and smooth as possible.

We have facilitated the return or exchange process through the following procedures:

* Time period policy for returning or exchanging purchases:
1- When you want to exchange or return the product, you must contact us first.

2 - The customer has the right to return the product within 3 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is intact and has not undergone any change, and the customer bears the shipping costs in full, and the cost of the product is returned to the customer within 14 working days.

3 - The customer has the right to replace the product with another product, before sending the shipment. After sending the shipment, he has the right to exchange within 14 working days, and he must bear the full shipping cost and the product cost difference, if found.

4 - If the product is defective, or does not conform to the specifications that were specified at the time of purchase, the customer has the right to replace or return the product within 14 days, and in this case, the customer must send proof of shipping costs showing: the consignment number - freight - and the cost. The customer is then entitled to a full refund.

5 - Products that are inclusive of discounts and offers cannot be exchanged or returned, with the exception of a defect in the product.

Products are not accepted to be returned or exchanged in the following cases: –

No return is accepted after 3 days from the date of receipt, and no exchange is accepted after 14 days.

- When the product changes from its original condition for any reason

- When using and opening the product.

- Products that were manufactured at the request of the customer according to specifications specified by him.
